{Review & Giveaway!} Cascade Platinum & Party! #Sponsored #DDDivas #CascadeShinningReviews

Cascade cleaning power goes platinum with their newest addition; Cascade Platinum!

Disclosure: “This review was made possible by Double Duty Divas and Cascade. I was provided the featured product free of charge to facilitate my review, but all opinions are 100% mine.”

Cascade started 1953 with the claim to for “spotless dishes” to the small percentage of Americans with the luxury of having a dishwasher. The fast-changing household innovations were just started and they spent the next 50 years developing a range of dishwashing products that fit the busy lifestyles of families. Today dishwashers are a common household appliance in today’s modern age and as this number grows there’s a full line of dishing products that fit every need.

When we first moved into our house we were thrilled to learn it had a dishwasher. Over the years we tried all different kinds of brands of dishwashing detergent and none can live up to the power of Cascade. I was eagerly excited when I found out about this party I was ready to host.

I receive a Cascade bundle of Cascade products to demonstrate the power of Cascade Platinum and gave my guests their own sample to give Cascade Platinum a try for themselves.

Cascade Platinum works as a premium product to achieve a powerful cleaning experience. Cascade Platinum even works on those tough stuck on messes (like lasagna and other messy and tough to clean foods even while sitting overnight.

For this party, I was asked to make brownies and let the pan sit overnight, then load into the dishwasher while the party was underway to show guests the amazing power of Cascade.

Cascade Platinum works without having to pre-wash your dishes and my mom is a big believer in pre-washing, but why should one skip the pre-wash?

Cascade Platinum works best on food particles are left behind on your dishes. Cascade Platinum has a special enzyme that latches onto food by breaking it down so it can easily wash away. Simply toss large food particles and leave everything else on; ketchup, gravy, spaghetti sauce etc. After that load your dishes in the dishwasher don’t worry about leftover food clogging your dishwasher; many people don’t know that if you have a garbage disposal it’s connected to your dishwasher (I know mine is!) and there’s one for your dishwasher too.

Stacking dishes can be a challenge, but with these simple tips from Cascade can make your dishwashing experience a simple experience.

*Stack your dishes high & low but leave bulky dishes away from the sprayer.

*Place tall dishes and pans on the bottom rack towards the back face down so they are not blocking the detergent chamber.

*Place glasses and fragile dishes on the top rack and set glasses between the tines on the rack to avoid spots.

*Thread long stencils like wooden spoons and spatulas through coffee mug handles to keep them in place. (I don’t know how many times I’ve found broken spoons because they fell or got stuck under the blades.)

*Make sure there are no stray utensils that will block the sprayer and nozzle.

I held my party Labor Day weekend so we had a cookout themed party; cookout foods can be messy and can accumulate lots of dishes. I also made cupcakes and brownies for my guests as we know brownie especially double fudge (yum!) can be messy. I baked my brownies the night before and left the pan to sit out overnight and ran it while my guests were at the party the results were amazing.

Using the rinse agent and 1 pack of the platinum detergent I ran my dishwasher during the party and made sure they all got a glimpse of the Cascade power. They were shocked at the before and after results of using Cascade Platinum; not only did it get my brownie dish clean it cleaned all my other dishes without leaving any other traces of food in the dishwasher or on my dishes.

All my guests were eagerly excited to go home and try Cascade for themselves and I encourage you to do the same. Do you have an opinion on the new Cascade Platinum?
