The Kids First KidMelts is a great addition to your child’s diet. Many children are lacking dietary nutrition and vitamins can help achieve that balance. I myself tried these all and found that the KidMelts would be best for older children as it requires you to hold it on your tongue until dissolves. It’s something quick and easy they can pop in their mouths while on the way to school in the morning. The taste is just like a natural fruit flavor the KidsMelt are available in a Raspberry Creme flavor (Vitamin D3 and Calcium) and Tropical Fruit (Multivitamin).

I love that vitamins are now coming in a gummy form, gummy vitamins are beneficial to adults and children who may have difficulties chewing or swallowing other vitamins. Daily vitamins are becoming an important part of busy lifestyles for both children and adults. The Gummy vitamins are soft enough for even the littlest of children and are full of fruit taste. No worries about yucky tasting vitamins, it is something your child will like. My kids like the gummy vitamins the best as they are more like fruit snacks. Give your children a vitamin as a treat they will never know that it actually good for them too.
