Tell your story with Minecraft: Story Mode!

Tell your story the Minecraft way with Minecraft: Story Mode!

**Disclosure: I received a copy of Minecraft: Story Mode to facilitate this post. All opinions are my own.**

Minecraft is still one of the hottest games and toys of the year. The kids can’t seem to get enough of the pixellated world, and if your kids are anything like mine they will love Minecraft: Story Mode from Telltale Games! Minecraft: Story Mode is a narrative driven, episode themed game series developed by Telltale Games in partnership with Mojang (the creators of Minecraft)

Story Mode takes place in the world of Minecraft and introduces new characters into the series along with similar themes. However, it creates an original Minecraft experience that continues to inspire even the younger generations. In Minecraft: Story Mode, you play in a five-part episode (episodes 4 and 5 are soon to be released). As you play through the series the game goes based on the decisions you make, so you can have a “new” game each time with the choices you make.

You and your friends are traveling through Overworld, through the Nether, to the End and beyond. You and your friends need to revere the legendary Order of the Stone: Warrior, Redstone Engineer, Griefer, and Architect; who are all slayers of the Ender Dragon. When you’re at EnderCon hopefully you’ll meet Gabriel the Warrior, and your and your friends discover something is dreadfully wrong.

Will you and your friends find The Order of the Stone before it’s too late?

This Minecraft adventure is created by Telltale Games in partnership with Mojang; the creators of the Minecraft series. It features an all-star cast of voice actors including the talent to know actors from movies and games. Minecraft: Story Mode is available on the Xbox One, and Xbox 360, the PlayStation 3 and 4 consoles. You can also download it for play on iOS and Android devices and will be coming soon to the Wii U system. This action-packed adventure game is perfect for those Minecraft games aged 10 and up (due to fantasy violence and mild language). You can pick yours up for the holiday now at local and online retailers nationwide for around $29.99.
